Conclusion: Strict control of the disease in patients with various types of acute abdomen, is the basis for the success of clinical anesthesia. Although the acute abdomen patients often require surgery as soon as possible, but the anesthesia should gain time, to do more to understand the disease and evaluation in order to choose the appropriate method of anesthesia and drugs, accidents and of possible complications to take precautionary measures. 1 General Information Collected in our hospital in December 2007 - December 2008, general surgery hospital in 20 patients, 13 males and 7 females. The maximum age of 73 years, minimum age 18 years, mean age 36 years. Time of onset 6 hours 2 days treatment. 2 Premedication Patients should pay attention to the acute abdomen premedication to alleviate pain and relieve tension, fear, but any medication in order not to increase blood pressure and respiratory depression as a precondition.
