Methods 10 cases of adrenal myelolipoma of CT, MRI and clinical and pathological information. Results CT scan showed low density mass in adrenal gland, 3 cases mixed density mass in 6 cases, solid mass in 1 case, 3 cases of calcification, 1 hemorrhage, 5 cases no enhancement enhanced scan, MRI examination revealed 4 cases of adrenal gland tumor T1WI, T2WI showed high signal, and 2 cases no obvious enhanced scan enhancement. Conclusion Adrenal myelolipoma CT, MRI, more characteristic performance, and can be made in the preoperative diagnosis. Methods Ten cases of adrenal myelolipoma were examined by CT and MRI. Results In CT scan of 10 cases, 6 cases with conpounding density mass, 3 cases with low density mass, 1 cases with parenchyma mass, 3 cases with calcification, 1 case with bleeding in the area of #8203;#8203;adrenal. There was no obvious increase in the density on contrast scan in 5 cases, 4 cases examined by MRI showed high signal in T1WI, T2WI in the area of #8203;#8203;right adrenal. Conclusion The CT and MRI manifestations of adrenal myelolipoma were characteristic features and the diagnosis can be reached before operation.
