Methods China revised Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC-RC) of the 99 premature junior high school students to conduct intelligence tests, the use of multiple regression model (stepwise method) analysis of factors affecting IQ. Results Univariate analysis showed that affect the intellectual development of premature children junior middle of factors, including whether the child, age; family environmental factors parental education level, occupation, mother’s age, family income, family type, parental education, attitude and approach ; the mother during pregnancy factor in the early pregnant vaginal bleeding, vaginal bleeding late in pregnancy, premature rupture of membranes, mode of delivery. Multiple regression analysis showed that mental development in premature children are the main factors age of the mother, father educational level, whether the child, parents educate their children approach and mode of delivery. Conclusions should be actively improve the family environment, adopt a scientific way of education, the promotion of adolescent mental development in premature children.
