In the absence of the typical disease history, clinical diagnosis more difficult, mostly in pathological to be clear. This study combined complete data of 6 patients and with reference to domestic and international literature on the disease etiology, clinical manifestations, pathology, diagnosis and treatment were discussed. 1 Data and methods 1.1 General Information Second Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine in February 2001 ~ May 2006 treated a total of six cases of gastric duplication, of which 5 males, female 1 case; age of 26 years to 57 years, with an average age (45.17 ± 10.30) years, all cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology, time of onset to diagnosis was 6 months to 15 years. 6 patients were characterized by endoscopy, among them two cases of ultrasound endoscopy, 6 patients have four routine B-mode ultrasound two routine CT. 2 Results 2.1 The clinical features of six cases of gastric duplication cases, occurred in parts of four cases of gastric antrum, 2 cases of posterior wall of gastric body and cardia in 1 case, with 2 cases of ectopic pancreas. The main clinical manifestations of 6 cases of recurrent upper abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting in 3 cases, weight loss in 2 cases, abdominal mass in 1 case, melena in 1 case. 2.2 Endoscopy and imaging manifestations of four routine B-mode ultrasound appeared as hypoechoic partial block of the stomach, which can be seen within the fluid nature of the dark zone, thick-walled, high density mass in the peripheral. 2 routine CT examination showed the stomach were localized low-density cystic mass with the surrounding boundaries clear, higher-density cystic mass in the outer ring. Gastroscopy Results: The performance of the
