Methods 16 patients underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy, including 11 cases of renal cell carcinoma, 5 cases of renal angiomyolipoma. Tumor diameter of 1.0 ~ 4.5 cm. Results 16 patients were successfully completed surgery. Operative time was 50 ~ 210 min, an average of about 110 min. Renal artery occlusion time of 15 ~ 55 min, an average of 32 min. Intraoperative blood loss 30 ~ 600 ml, an average of about 150 ml. 1 cases of blood transfusion is about 400 ml. Postoperative hospital stay 7 ~ 10 d, a good recovery. Follow-up 1 ~ 48 months, no tumor recurrence. Conclusion laparoscopic partial nephrectomy is a kind of injury, quick recovery, safe and feasible method of treatment. Methods Retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy was performed in 11 cases of renal cell carcinoma and 5 cases of renal hamartoma. The tumor size was 1.0-4.5 cm in diameter. Results All the procedure was technically successful. The operation time was 110 (50-210) min. The ischemic time was 32 (15-55) min. The blood loss was 150 (30-600) ml. One patient received a blood transfusion of 400 ml. Convalescence was achieved after operation and the hospital stay was 7-10 days. No tumor recurrence was found during a follow-up of 1-48 month (s). Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy is a minimally invasive, safe and feasible treatment with quick recovery.
