[Methods] Retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2001 ~ January 2005 admitted patients with degenerative lumbar scoliosis of 54 cases. Total is divided into two groups, Group A 15 cases, 39 cases of Group B, Group A is not OK OK PLF alone interbody fusion surgery, B-line PLIF using interbody fusion techniques. 23 cases were male, female 31 cases, the clinical data were compared and analyzed for degenerative lumbar scoliosis correction effects, complications and follow-up results.
