Methods east of scopolamine and ethanol, respectively, access to learning and memory in mice caused by obstacles and barriers to memory retrieval using maze method and step down test observation. Results Duyiwei extract (0.5 g * kg-1, and 1.0 g * kg-1) and piracetam (0.2 g * kg-1) may enable mice to avoid injury to stimuli faster, significantly reduced the number of errors , by electric shock time (compared with model group, 0.01 amp;lt;P amp;lt;0.05), similar to the effect of two drugs (Pamp;gt; 0.05). Conclusion Duyiwei on learning and memory impairment in mice to improve function, its mechanism remains to be further studied. MethodsThe models of aquired dysmnesia and reproduction memory disorders were established by scopolamine and alcohol, and the effects of Herba Lamiophlomis and piracetam on learning and memory ability were observed and compared . ResultsThe Herba Lamiophlomis aqueous extract at the dose of 0.5 g * kg-1 and 1.0 g * kg-1 could reduce the error times, prolong the latent period and shorten total time of lightning stroke.There was a significant difference between the Herba Lamiophlomis and model group (P amp;lt;0.05). While there was no significant difference between the Herba Lamiophlomis and piracetam (Pamp;gt; 0.05). ConclusionHerba Lamiophlomis can obviously improve learning and memory ability of mice.
