A one-year, on China’s 113 cities, 100 towns, major home appliances home appliance market sales channels classification survey showed that at present China’s home appliance market competition, competition from brand competition turned to channel, channel efficiency, channel can be controlled and adaptability of enterprise products and commercial activities is a household appliance manufacturing companies have chosen the three elements of sales channels.
The survey was conducted by the State Council Development Research Center of Market Economy Research Institute and the Beijing Center for Gartner market research experts and scholars in the composition of household electrical appliances market, sales channels in China Research Group co-complete. Survey collected a total of nearly 10000 vendor sales data to investigate the variety of products including television sets, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners four major categories of household electrical appliances.
The first punch: To improve the efficiency of channel sales
The survey shows that China’s current household electrical appliances market, sales channels can be divided into traditional channels and new channels of two types. Traditional channels, mainly large stores, small shopping malls as well as the transition from a metal cross from electrical stores.
