Chromatographic conditions were as Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm * 250 mm, 5 μ m), mobile phase of acetonitrile - water (volume ratio 49:51), detection wavelength 225 nm, flow rate 1.0 ml / min, column temperature 25 ℃ , injection volume 20 μ l. Results evodiamine concentration of 0.2 ~ 4.0 μ g / ml showed good linearity within the relationship, r = 0.999 7, the average recovery was 101.50%, RSD = 1.93%; rutaecarpine concentration of 0.5 ~ 6.0 μ g / ml was within the a good linear relationship, R = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 100.80%, RSD = 0.72%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and separation, and can be used to determine the water extract of Evodia Evodiamine and rutaecarpine content.
