Take liver, stomach, rectum, a total of 39 patients with colon cancer surgical specimens, applied ATP-TCA system, ways of doing drug susceptibility testing. The results of the ATP-TCA to assess the rate of 92.31%; six kinds of experimental chemotherapy sensitivity rates were as follows: mitomycin C 12.50%, 23.33% paclitaxel, cis-platinum 30.77%, 42.31% hydroxy camptothecin, 5 - fluorouracil 51.85%, 61.54% of epirubicin. Conclusion ATP-bioluminescence assay can be used for digestive tract malignant solid tumor chemotherapy drugs screening. Keywords: ATP-bioluminescence method; malignant solid tumors; chemotherapy 【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of the ex vivo ATP-bioluminescence assay (ATP-TCA) in the chemotherapy of digestive tract malignant solid tumor.Methods surgical specimens of 39 patients, including primary liver cancer, gastric carcinoma, colic and rectal carcinoma , were tested by the ATP-TCA.Results Evaluable test results were achieved in 36 of 39 patients, the evaluability rate was 92.31%.
