Methods mice were given oral administration of water extract of Bai, 1 / d, continuous administration of 15 d, to take the blood test peroxidase (POD) activity, blood, liver, kidney measuring superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, lipid peroxidation products (MDA) content. Results Bai extract can significantly increase the POD activity and the blood, liver and kidney SOD activity, and reduce the blood, liver and kidney tissue MDA content. Conclusion Bai extract has been improved in mice peroxidase, superoxide dismutase activity and reduced lipid peroxidation products in antioxidant activity.
