Methods: Polysomnography confirmed 32 cases of OSAHS children using tonsillectomy under general anesthesia and oral endoscopic adenoidectomy treatment and follow-up observation of surgical treatment, analysis of tonsil, adenoid hypertrophy and sleep related breathing low hypopnea index (AHI) correlated to sleep before and after surgery to monitor the parameters of comparison. Results: The adenoid nasopharyngeal airway thickness and the ratio of (AN value), and pharyngeal tonsil thickness and width ratio of (TP value) is positively correlated with the AHI; all surgery does not appear perioperative period in children with acute respiratory obstruction and surgery After the bleeding, infections, followed up for 12 24 months, sleep, snoring, mouth breathing and other symptoms significantly improved, there is no adhesion nasopharynx, adenoids residue, eustachian tube dysfunction and other complications; surgery sleep apnea and low - hypopnea index, minimum oxygen saturation and the longest apnea time than that before surgery significantly improved. Conclusion: The tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy is the main reason for OSAHS children, removal of the tonsil hypertrophy and (or) is the treatment of children with OSAHS adenoid an effective means of oral endoscopic adenoidectomy, with open heart, thoroughly and to avoid damage important structures in the vicinity surrounding the merits.
