Chinese home appliance chain second and third line cities in home appliances market situation and countermeasures
Chinese home appliance industry is an important part of China’s economy, involves the provision of employment, taxation, socio-economic issues such as the promotion of improved domestic demand, so the Government introduced ‘appliances to the countryside’ subsidy policies to promote the home appliance industry, sales growth, stimulate rural consumption and thus a strong supporting economic development and social stability. Business-to-market, development of second and third line must have a full understanding in order to allow enterprises to conduct business in the detours, fast and effective completion of the established sales targets to achieve long-term growth and profit improvement.
2008 appliance chain in the first-line sales growth slowdown in the city, comparable store sales growth of only 10% of its performance increase was mainly second and third line cities, shop sales, comparable store sales growth of more than 50% everywhere.
