Methods: The immunohistochemical method detected 60 cases of cholangiocarcinoma in patients with CD44v6 and MMP-9 expression. Results: There were 35 cases of invasion and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma specimens CD44v6 and MMP-9 expression of strong positive rates were 68.6% and 71.4%, non-invasion and metastasis of 25 cases of cholangiocarcinoma specimens CD44v6 and MMP-9 expression of strong positive rates were 36.0% and 40.0%, CD44v6 and MMP-9 expression and invasion and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma tendency to positive correlation (P amp;lt;0.01); CD44v6 and MMP-9 expression also positively correlated (P amp;lt;0.05). Conclusion: CD44v6 and MMP-9 expression may serve as cholangiocarcinoma prognosis and metastatic potential target judgments. The incidence of cholangiocarcinoma is 0.01% ~ 0.50%, accounting for 2% of the total number of malignant tumors. The past 20 years, the incidence of cholangiocarcinoma has increased tendency, due to the special anatomical location of cholangiocarcinoma, bile duct cancer diagnosis and treatment of failure to achieve satisfactory progress. In this study, using immunohistochemical staining of the bile duct in patients with MMP-9 and CD44v6 protein expression detection, to study the mechanism of invasion and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma in order to improve prevention and treatment of cholangiocarcinoma. 1 Data and method
