Methods: 31 patients with complex upper urinary tract stones (kidney stones multiple, multiple ureteral stones, ureteral stones and kidney stones) underwent surgery, 5 cases of ureteral calculi incision in the shift-time application Choledochofiberscope Assisting stone. Conclusion: Choledochofiberscope surgery for upper urinary tract calculi, especially complex surgery for upper urinary tract stones, helping to take every stone, less damage to the patient is a safe and effective method worthy of clinical application.
