Methods of 30 patients with COPD lung deficiency, COPD Lung-Yin deficiency in 30 patients and healthy controls 30 cases of serum interleukin (IL) -8, IL-1β, tumor necrosis factor @ (TNF-@) levels were detected. Results Yin Deficiency Qi Deficiency and COPD patients with IL-8, IL-1β , TNF-@ levels than those in healthy controls was significantly higher (P lt;0.01), and the pulmonary group than in the lung yin deficiency group, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P lt;0.05). Conclusion Qi Deficiency and COPD Yin deficiency syndrome patients with high levels of cytokines, Yin deficiency were more apparent. Methods The level of IL-8, IL-1β and TNF-@ in COPD patients were detected respectively. There were 30 cases with lung qi deficiency syndrome and 30 cases with lung yin deficiency syndrome, meanwhile, thirty healthy people were selected as the control group. Results The cytokine level of lung qi deficiency syndrome and lung yin deficiency syndrome was significant higher than that of the health people (P lt;0.01), and that of the lung yin deficiency syndrome was higher than that of the lung qi deficiency syndrome (P lt;0.05). Conclusions The patients of COPD with lung qi deficiency syndrome and lung yin deficiency syndrome had high level of cytokine , and that of the patients with lung yin deficiency syndrome was obvious.
