Methods Retrospective analysis of 63 cases of clavicular hook plate for acromioclavicular joint dislocation and fracture of distal clavicle Neer clinical data, including the acromioclavicular joint dislocation in 41 cases (distal clavicle fracture associated with shoulder dislocation in 7 cases, 22 cases of distal clavicular fracture. Results All patients get a good reduction and fixation, X-ray no acromioclavicular joint subluxation or plate breakage and loose, shoulder good recovery of joint function, remove the internal fixation of no further dislocation and re-fracture phenomenon. Conclusion clavicular hook plate is acromioclavicular joint dislocation and fracture of distal clavicle a good way. Methods The clinical data of 63 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation or distal clavicle fractures treated with clavicular hook plate were analyzed retrospectively: 41 cases suffered from dislocation of acromioclavicular joint, 22 cases distal clavicle fractures, and 7 cases had both symptoms. Results All patients got good reduction and fixation.The subluxation of acromioclavicular joint, breakage and loosening of the clavicular hook plate were not observed. The acromioclavicular joint recovered quickly. Redislocation and refracture were not observed after removing internal fixation.Conclusion Clavicular hook plate is a good choice for treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicle fractur
