Using chemical and immuno-colloidal gold method of two methods for its detection. The results of chemical testing positive for 105 cases, weakly positive in 4 cases and negative in 8 cases; colloidal gold assay positive for 84 cases, weakly positive in 22 cases and negative in 11 cases. Conclusion poor chemical specificity, sensitivity low; gastric occult blood positive for stomach bleeding or judge can not serve as an objective and independent indicator of malignant tumors.
