The promising Tem–PCR method solves the incompatibility and preference during amplification in routine PCR and makes pathogeny synchronous detection in one reacting system come true, hence, it gives to a new clue for researches in clinical pathogenic differential diagnosis, genotyping and resistance genes. Th
