Concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with lung cancer risk factors of nosocomial infection
[Abstract] Objective: To explore the concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with lung cancer risk factors of nosocomial infection and preventive measures. Methods: Retrospective Analysis of 252 cases of our hospital-line synchronous chemo-radiotherapy in 252 cases of patient with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients, of which 58 cases had nosocomial infection (accounting for 23.02%); of their age, hospitalization days, irradiated volume, KPS score, radiation pneumonia, white blood cell count, associated with other diseases, hospital infection site, pathogen assessment and statistical analysis. Results: The locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients a higher incidence of nosocomial infection, infection factors and age, hospitalization days, associated with other diseases and antimicrobial drug use was positively correlated with white blood cell count was negatively correlated; infection sites were respiratory tract mainly pathogens multi-distributed in the sputum and blood. Conclusion: The locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients are high risk of nosocomial infection and should focus attention.
