Critically ill patients often appear due to a variety of incentives for different levels of acid-base disorders and electrolyte imbalance, if not timely detection and correct treatment will lead to serious consequences and even life-threatening. Intensive monitoring of hospital wards now (ICU) 2006 1 ~ December critically ill patients admitted to 270 cases of patients with acid-base disorders and electrolyte disorders summarize and analyze the situation for clinicians, particularly in ICU medical practitioners for reference. 1 Data and methods 1.1 General Information 2006 1 ~ December hospital ICU patients were treated in 294 cases, all patients were APACHE Ⅱ score ≥ 10 points, including existence of acid-base disorders and (or) 270 cases of electrolyte disorders, accounting for 91.84%. 270 patients, 173 cases of male and female 97 cases; age of 87 years old in September, the average (52.10 ± 22.01) years of age.
