Methods: A retrospective review in June 2003 ~ November 2007 our department treated the dichlorvos poisoning caused by contact with the skin, 4 cases of contact dermatitis in children with clinical data. Results: 4 cases of children with no skin infections and serious manifestation of poison absorbed. 2 patients discharged after treatment, 2 patients discharged improved signature. Conclusion: The toxicity of dichlorvos absorbed through the skin for treatment of sick children, should pay attention to two aspects: First, application of drug detoxification treatment, in the route of administration, dosage and administration time, we must give full consideration to their age, physical, etc. characteristics and drug effects, in protecting the physical security of their bodies the same time, should care for a sick child comfort. Second, the emphasis on local treatment of skin lesions is to prevent the skin as well as systemic infections, protect the skin and repair the key.
