 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 6 Different rewarming methods of observation and nursing treatment of neonatal scleredema [Abstract] Objective To explore a safe and effective neonatal scleredema rewarming methods. Methods 60 patients with scleroderma in children with simple random-based group, the observation group and control group of 30 cases. The control group using the traditional method rewarming observed group were treated with rapid rewarming way, two groups of children with fluids, heat supply and other symptomatic treatment were the same. Hourly monitoring of axillary temperature and a times, and record the body temperature returned to normal time. Results The group of children than in the control group suffered from body temperature recovery time ahead of 2 ~ 2.5 h, a hard swelling subside ahead of schedule 1 ~ 2 d. The observation group were cured or improved and discharged, with no complications occurred; the control group 1 patients had gastrointestinal bleeding in critical condition. Conclusions Rapid rewarming method is conducive to restoration of body temperature in children with scleroderma and hard swelling subsided.
