Methods (1) Select the 200 cases of BPH patients, respectively, for each patients before and after 3 months the use of China Index of Erectile Function (CIEF) scale to determine the nature of functional status; (2) SPP group (40 cases), TURP group (80 cases), TUBVP group (80 cases) according to admission time to 1:2:2 ratio of random recruitment. (3) All patients in the 2 days before surgery, after 1 week and 3 months postoperatively, respectively, 9 am ~ 10 am blood by serum samples obtained after centrifugation, respectively, T, FSH, E2, LH, PRL radiation immunoassay measurement box determined their concentration.
