METHODS: The therapeutic apparatus in combination with conventional treatment of digital and conventional therapy alone were compared, before and after treatment were observed in patients with symptoms, signs, life skills , lower limb function score and the overall effect. Results: After 21 d treatment, the treatment group, 30 cases were effective, with a total effective rate was 75%; control group, 9 patients with effective, total effective rate was 22.5%. Statistical analysis shows that statistical difference significance (P lt;0.01). Conclusion: Digital therapeutic apparatus in combination with conventional treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a good effect, and safety.
