Methods: 127 patients with stroke depression were randomly divided into control group, 63 cases and 64 cases, respectively, a holistic nursing intervention and usual care measures for care, and intervention before and after the intervention 1,3,5,9-month investigation. Results: The patients in depression care after 3,5,9 months the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.01 ).
