Methods from June 2009 to June 2010 admitted to our hospital (the First People’s Hospital of Kashgar, 28 ~ 34 weeks gestation with severe preeclampsia cases 67 cases, a short course of treatment group, 50 cases expected (A group, 5d) and long-course treatment group, 17 patients expect (B group,gt; 5d), the main analysis of indicators, including: incidence of gestational age, gestational age termination of pregnancy, gestational age extension time, serious complications. Results look forward to the treatment groups of pregnant women diagnosed with gestational age, systolic and diastolic blood pressure diagnosis, 24h urinary protein and renal function was no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05), B group of pregnant women damage to vital organs after termination of pregnancy than the cumulative number of A group. CONCLUSION of early onset severe preeclampsia were looking forward to before treatment, patients should be careful and full evaluation, early onset severe preeclampsia should expect the treatment period.
