Methods of pregnancy ≤ 34 weeks of early-onset cases of severe pre-eclampsia, 36 cases were divided into A group according to incidence of gestational age from 28 to 31 weeks in 13 cases and the B group 32 to 34 weeks in 23 cases. Analysis of the incidence weeks of gestation, termination of pregnancy, gestational age, gestational age to extend the time for the occurrence of serious complications, fetal and neonatal mortality and the incidence of small for gestational age children. The results of two groups of patients were no maternal deaths and eclampsia occur, but the prognosis of perinatal significant difference, B group of perinatal mortality and morbidity rates were significantly lower than A group. Conclusion early onset severe pre-eclampsia in the termination of pregnancy before the short-term conservative treatment is safe and effective, and can significantly reduce perinatal mortality and increase production rate, gestational age as early as perinatal morbidity and poor prognosis.
