Methods 80 patients with typical history of chest pain accompanied by ECG ST-T changes, clinical diagnosis of coronary artery angiography to be the results of a retrospective analysis of 44 cases were male and female 36 cases, aged 35 to 78 years. Results 80 cases of patients with positive coronary angiography (diameter stenosis ≥ 50%) 39 cases (48.75%), negative 41 cases (51.25%); group of 39 patients with coronary heart disease patients, ECG ST-T changes in 29 cases (74.36 %), non-CHD group of 41 patients, the ECG ST-T changes in 20 cases (48.78%). Conclusions based on the clinical diagnosis of ECG ST-T changes in coronary heart disease should be careful.
