Methods 120 cases of pneumoconiosis in elderly hospitalized patients, the respiratory system using the modified quality of life assessment scale, Hamilton anxiety rating scale from (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) questionnaire. the results of elderly patients with pneumoconiosis and the quality of life out of SAS, SDS scores were significantly lower than the domestic routine (all P lt;0.05). Conclusions Elderly patients with life CWP relatively low quality, and with the progress of the disease, decreased quality of life.
