Muscularis mucosa from 18 cases of smooth muscle tumors underwent mucosal resection, with no perforation, 14 cases originated in the muscularis propria smooth muscle tumors of surgical operations. Conclusion EUS is to examine the esophageal submucosal tumor of the most effective method, under the guidance of endoscopic ultrasonography in submucosal endoscopic therapy is an effective means of cancer treatment.
