Methods in October 2009 ~ July 2010 in our hospital for resection of the prostate of 98 patients were studied, to randomly divided into control group and observation group 49 cases, respectively, the conventional model and evidence-based nursing care model of care, length of stay will be two groups of patients, complication rates, patient satisfaction and care quality of life QOL scores before and after , IPSS scores were statistically and compared. Results of comparison found that the observed group than the control group, short hospital stay, complication rate lower than the control group, patient satisfaction rate was higher, while the QOL quality of life score, IPSS scores were than the control group, by comparison, P all lt;0.05, significant difference. Conclusions Evidence-based nursing model in transurethral resection of prostate perioperative nursing effect is obvious, can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve the lives of patients quality, and worthy of clinical application.
