Methods Fengtai District, Beijing, randomly selected six villages in three rural mobile population of 650, questionnaires and interviews with a combination of survey methods. Results migrants lower educational level, mental health knowledge and lack of knowledge about mental health accounted for only 12.3%. to understand a single channel, of which 53.13% for television, 24.15% books, publicity materials for the newspaper, 17.33% of community outreach health talks, 97.04% want the help of laws and regulations, 91.74% want access to prevention treatment and rehabilitation knowledge, 54.05% want welfare and security policy, 24.30% want mental illness diagnosis and treatment institutions in . the floating population there is a certain amount of mental illness, the proportion of patients in the hospital was a rising trend year by year. Conclusion migrant little knowledge about mental illness, mental health knowledge is urgent need to strengthen the spirit of the floating population health education, raising awareness of mental illness and mental illness among the patients into the management system is one of the important tasks we have in the future.
