Methods Analysis of 12 cases admitted to our hospital developmental dislocation of the hip (developmental dislocation of hip, DDH) of the cases, to explore the reasons for re-dislocation, summed up the application of surgery to cut off the psoas major muscle round ligament within the distal suture in the acetabulum lateral margin of the joint capsule on the preventive measures. Results 12 patients were followed up for six months, a good hip reduction, joint function was satisfactory, with no other complications occurred. Conclusions correct analysis of each of cases caused by dislocation of the hip in children with pathological changes, select the correct surgical, under the revolving line of subtrochanteric osteotomy, reducing the acetabular angle, so that the femoral head and acetabulum to maintain concentric relationship, is to prevent re - dislocation of the key.
