[Methods] The mixed lymphocyte reaction as an experimental model of tetrazolium salt (MTT) cell proliferation assay the degree of semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT  PCR) to detect IL  1α and IL  2 mRNA expression. [Results] PGE2 after 48h continuous role of the spleen cell proliferative response are subject to different degrees of inhibition, when the PGE2 concentration of 10 μ mol / L above the difference was statistically significant (P amp;lt;0.01); fixed PGE2 concentration of 20 μ mol / L , and combined with different concentrations of GLB (25,50,100,200 mg / L), when the GLB for the 100 mg / L and above may be part of the fight against the concentration of PGE2 (20 μ mol / L) inhibited (P amp;lt;0.05); training 8h and 12h later, PGE2 (20 μ mol / L) inhibited IL  1α and IL  2 mRNA expression, GLB for the 100 mg / L and above may be part of the fight against the concentration of PGE2 inhibition (P amp;lt;0.05 or P amp;lt;0.01). [Conclusion] Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides can be partially antagonized prostaglandin E2 on mouse spleen cell proliferation and IL  1α and IL  2 mRNA expression in vivo.
