Methods 13 athletes to take this research group developed a “Ganoderma endurance treasure” oral liquid for 30 days. The results of exercise stress test analysis showed that the experimental group subjects exercise endurance time and the maximum exercise load intensity was significantly higher; quantitative exercise load of blood lactate lower than the control group, while the maximum exercise load higher. Conclusion Ganoderma lucidum has obvious anti-fatigue and improve the role of human athletic ability.
