Methods: 66 patients with rheumatoid arthritis according to treatment sequence were divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group 33 cases given Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction in the control group given leflunomide treatment of 33 cases. Were observed before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs, as well as changes in physical and chemical test results. Results: The total effective treatment group was 97.0%, 87.9% in control group, treatment group, joint tenderness, swollen joint count and morning stiffness improved indicators of time than the control group. Conclusion: Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has a better effect. The therapeutic group was treated with guizhishaoyaozhimu tang, while the control group was treated with leflunomide.Clinical symptoms were observed and physical and biochemical tests were carried out before and after treatment.Results: The total effective rate was 97.0% of the therapeutic group and 87.9% of the control group.The joint pain under press, the joint swelling and the time of morning stiffness in the therapeutic group were improved more than that in the control group.Conclusion: Guizhishaoyaozhimu tang has good effect on rheumatoid arthritis.
