Method column for Alltimal C18 column (250mm * 4.6mm, 5μ m), mobile phase was methanol - water (water containing 0.05% phosphoric acid), gradient elution, flow rate 1ml/min, detection wavelength 254nm, column temperature 30 ℃ . Results Swertia bitter glycosides (swertiamarin), mangiferin (mangiferin), respectively 3.10 ~ 30.98μ g, 0.31 ~ 2.78μ g range of good linearity, correlation coefficients were 0.9991,0.9993; the average recoveries were 99.00%, 99.84%, RSD were 2.66%, 3.82% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, separation is good, for perfecting Guizhou Swertia herbs provide a basis for quality standards. Mobile phase: methanol-water (including 0.05% H3PO4), and gradient elution.Flow rate: 1ml/min.Wavelength: 254nm. Column temperture: 30 ℃ . Results The calibration curves of swertiamarin and mangiferin were in good linearity over the range of 3.10 ~ 30.98μ g, 0.31 ~ 2.78μ g (r = 0.9991, 0.9993). The average recoveries were 99.00%, 99.84% with RSD 2.66%, 3.82% (n = 5). Conclusion It is a simple and sensitive method in controlling the quality of Swertia kouitchensi.
