Methods 264 cases of CHD patients and 278 gender, age-matched normal subjects for the object case - control study; using PCR-RFLP technique ABCA1 gene C69T polymorphism loci for analysis. Results ABCA1 gene C69T polymorphism in CHD group and control group, no significant difference in the distribution (Pamp;gt; 0.05); CC genotype and T allele carriers among patients with various blood lipid levels and cardiovascular events there was no difference in the incidence of statistical significance. Conclusion ABCA1 gene C69T polymorphism and CHD in Han population correlation does not exist.
