When compared the average value of portal vein and spleen pachydiameter in the two nationalities, Han people was higher than Uighur people. ConclusionThe distribution of fatty liver is different between Han and Uighur people, meanwhile, portal vein and spleen pachydiameter are different between Han and Uighur people.
