Methods 16 patients with pathologically confirmed in 16 FNH CT and MRI lesions were retrospectively analyzed imaging findings. Results CT examination in 3 cases, MRI examination in 5 cases, while CT and MRI examination did .16 cases were 8 cases of single lesion, CT and MRI lesions were detected, 7 cases with central scar. CT scan density in 10 cases, such as density of 1 2 cases can be seen more low-density scar. MRI scan showed a slightly lower signal T1WI 10 cases, 3 cases showed equal signal T1WI, 13 patients showed T2Wl high or slightly higher signal T1WI low signal seen in 5 cases, T2Wl high signal scar. parenchyma in the arterial phase, all lesions were significantly enhanced, delayed enhancement scar in 4 cases. Conclusion CT and MRI for the diagnosis of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia there is an important value.
