[Method] hemodialysis in 28 patients were randomly divided into two groups, high-flux dialysis group, 15 cases, conventional low-flux dialysis group, 13 cases. [results] P, 2 M’s clear the effect of high flux dialysis group than conventional low flux dialysis group (P lt;0.05, BUN, Cr scavenging effect was no significant difference between the two groups , indicators of compliance and good clinical care. [Conclusion] High flux dialysis in a more effective way to remove molecular substances and phosphorus, increased dialysis security, improve patient tolerance.
