Methods Kromasil ODS C18 (4.6 mm * 250 mm, 5 μ m) column, mobile phase of acetonitrile - water (32:68); a flow rate of 1.0 ml * min-1; column temperature: 40 ℃ ; ELSD parameters: drift tube temperature of 100 ℃ , nitrogen flow rate: 2.5 ml * min-1. Results astragaloside in the range of 2.248 ~ 11.240 μ g good linear relationship, r = 0.999 6; average recovery was 99.8%, RSD 1.2%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and suitable for oral qi nourishing quality control. Methods The chromatographic coniditions included the Kromasil ODS-C18 (4.6 mm * 250 mm, 5μ m) chromatographic column and mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (32 : 68), the flow rate was 1.0 ml * min-1. Column temperature was 40 ℃ , ELSD parameter; drift tube temperature was 100 ℃ and the flow rate of nitrogen was 2.5 ml * min-1.ResultsAstragaloside IV showed a good linearity with the range from 2.248 ~ 11.240 μ g, r = 0.999 6; the average recovery was 99.8% with RSD 1.2%. ConclusionThe method is simple, reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Buqiyangxue Oral Liquour.
