Method of HPLC chromatographic conditions: C18 column (4.6 mm * 200 mm, 5 μ m); column temperature 20 ℃ ; flow rate of 1.0 ml / min; detection wavelength 345 nm; mobile phase of acetonitrile: 0.2% phosphoric acid water (25:75). The results of the standard curve of berberine hydrochloride: Y = 42 148 043.092 45X-243 222.939 726, r = 0.999 1 (n = 6), peak area and concentration of 0.009 88 ~ 0.098 8 mg / ml showed good within the line sexual relations, the average recovery was 100.68%, RSD 1.18%. Conclusion Determination of accurate, reliable and can be used to control the quality of even the Fok pills. ResultsThe calibration curve of berberine hydrochloride was: Y = 42 148 043.092 45X-243 222.939 726. R = 0.999 1 (n = 6). The content of berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.009 88 ~ 0.098 8 mg / ml.The average recovery was 100.68%, and RSD was 1.18%. ConclusionThe method is accurate, reliable, and can be used for quality control of Lianzhen pill.
