Methods ODS column with phosphate buffer (0.05mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution with phosphoric acid to adjust pH value to 3.5): acetonitrile (75:25) as mobile phase A; with phosphate buffer solution: acetonitrile (20:80) as mobile phase B, HPLC with mobile phase for isocratic elution A, the material was determined by a linear gradient elution, flow rate 1.0ml/min, detection wavelength of 254nm. Results Furbenicillin in the range of 0.0964 ~ 19.29μg within the sample volume and a good linear relationship between peak area (r = 0.9999), the minimum detection limit was 1.2ng. Conclusion This method can be used Furbenicillin sodium and the determination of related substances, methods, specific, reproducible, easy to use.
