METHOD: C18 column (250 mm * 4.6 mm, 5 μ m), with 0.1 mol / L sodium dihydrogen phosphate  acetonitrile (9:1) (with phosphoric acid to adjust pH value to 3.0) as mobile phase, detection wavelength 271 nm, flow rate of 1.5 mL / min, column temperature was 30 ℃ . Results: Hydrochlorothiazide concentration of 0.004 ~ 0.20 mg / mL concentration range with a good linear relationship between peak area (r = 0.9999, n = 7), plus sample recovery 99.82%, RSD = 0.98%. Conclusion: This method is highly specific, high sensitivity, good repeatability, easy operation, suitable for hydrochlorothiazide raw material quality control. Methods: The chromatographic separation was performed on a C18 column (250 mm * 4.6 mm, 5 μ m) held in the oven of 30 ℃ . The mobile phase consisted of a degassed mixture of 0.1 mol / L monobasic sodium phosphate and acetonitrile (9:1), adjusted with phosphoric acid to a pH of 3.0. The flow rate was 1.5 mL / min and UV detection wavelength was 271 nm. Results: The calibration of the responses of hydrochlorothiazide ranged from 0.004 to 0.20 mg / mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999, recovery rate of 99.82% and RSD = 0.98%. Conclusions: The method proves to be quick, simple and sensitive. It could be applied into the quality control of hydrochlorothiazide.
