 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 3 Hypospadias in children of different postoperative analgesic effect of methods of observation [Abstract] Objective: To compare the morphine combined with droperidol intravenous analgesia, morphine combined with bupivacaine epidural analgesia and traditional methods of analgesia in pediatric hypospadias analgesic effects and adverse reactions. Methods: 60 patients with hypospadias were divided randomly into morphine combined with droperidol intravenous analgesia group (A group, n = 20), morphine combined with bupivacaine epidural analgesia group (B group, n = 20 ) and the traditional group (C group, n = 20). A: morphine 0.8mg/kg, droperidol 0.05 mg / kg, plus saline to the 100ml, intravenous pump surgery completed 1ml / h,, a dose of 1ml, lockout time of 10min. B: give 30min before surgery completion of epidural morphine 0.03 mg / kg intravenous droperidol 0.05mg/kg, patients completed morphine 0.15mg/kg, join the continuous 0.125% bupivacaine 150ml pump 2ml / h,.
