Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura Study on the role of costimulatory signals

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 20 Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura Study on the role of costimulatory signals Abstract idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is a platelet in the reticuloendothelial system of macrophages were characterized by excessive destruction of autoimmune diseases. Recent studies have found that, ITP and the T / B cells, leading to abnormal activation of the immune tolerance of the loss. T / B-cell activation required the full co-stimulatory signals, costimulatory signals not only can regulate T / B cell response, for there are other aspects of the immune system role. This will co-stimulatory signal in the pathogenesis of ITP and its research are reviewed. Keywords: co-stimulation signal; idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura; auto-immune Role of Costimulatory Signals in Idiopathic Thrombocytopenia Purpura - Review AbstractIdiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura (ITP) is an autoimmune disease which is characterized by destruction of platelets by macrophages in the reticuloendothelial system. Recent studies suggest that ITP is related to the abnormal activation and apoptosis of T / B cells which lead to failure of immune tolerance. Now it is becoming clear that costimulatory signals are required for full T / B cell activation and assumed to modulate T / B cells responses as well as other aspects of the immune system. This review focuses on the role and state-of-the-art advancements of costimulatory signals in ITP. Keywords:costimulatory signal; ITP; autoimmunity Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura, ITP) is based on platelets in monocyte-macrophage system has been caused by excessive destruction of phagocytic cells, characterized by thrombocytopenia autoimmune disease. The study found that peripheral blood T, B lymphocyte activation, proliferation, apoptosis abnormality is closely related to the occurrence of ITP. T, B lymphocyte activation and proliferation require two-s
