Results: The incubation time with conditions, hypoxia training group HSC T6 MMP 2 activity was increased (30.74 + -8.22,31.71 + -8.10,49.79 + -13.61) , and the control group (18.58 + -1.62,25.98 + -2.73,32.14 + -3.76), but after deduction of the background medium hypoxia group HSC T6 MMP 2 activity (12.99 + -2.05,14.01 + -2.00, 29.44 + -3.62) were lower than the corresponding control group, in 6 h and 12 h time point was significantly (P6 h = 0.039, P12 h = 0.007), hypoxia media group HSC T6 MMP 2 mRNA expression (0.44 + -0.07,3.66 + -1.10,4.29 + -0.99) was higher than the corresponding control group (0.61 + -0.07,2.50 + -0.27,0.52 + -0.16), the difference was statistically significant (P6 h = 0.044, P24 h = 0.030). Conclusion: Physical hypoxic conditions, the liver cells to secrete or release of soluble material effect on hepatic stellate cells, it increased the expression of MMP 2, decreased activity. liver cells to secrete or release what material needs to be further study.
