Methods 30 patients with UC patients, 16 cases of CD patients and 30 normal controls in the peripheral blood, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), using three-color flow cytometry in patients with IBD Week Blood CD4 + T, CD8 + T and CD56 + NK cells IL 23 receptor (IL 23R) expression and compared with normal peripheral blood. Results in UC and CD patients with CD4 + T, CD8 + T, CD56 + NK cell surface expression of IL 23R was significantly higher (P lt;0.05). Conclusion IBD patients peripheral blood lymphocytes increased the expression of surface IL 23R, suggesting that IL 23R in the pathogenesis of IBD play an important role.
